Au Naturale

I do love my gels but I wanted to see how my hair looked without any product in it so here it is!  Well, as natural as it’s gonna get- it has conditioner it.  You can click on any picture to make it bigger.

Turns out my curls look pretty damn good without any product.

Here's a natural texture shot when the hair is still wet when it still looks full and long... the shrinkage is insane when it dries.

I'm still trying to get used to how different my hair can look once it has dried.

You can still see a little of the conditioner because my hair is still pretty wet. Unlike gels, conditioners always dry clear (knock on wood).

Serious Curl Envy

I have serious curl envy of the back of my head.  The curls back there are just so pretty and extremely different from the rest of my head.  I, of course, wish that my back curls was my curl type throughout my head but I would even settle for it being in the front so I could see it better and play with it more.

Can you see how those curls in the back are ALREADY starting to hang? They look so different from even the other curls in the picture... let alone my front and sides. Oh well.

even when the curls back there don't seem to 'hang', they just have a different look to them. And I'll say it, I like them better.
